We’re looking for people from every background—professionals, students, retirees, and community leaders—who are willing to coach, mentor, and share skills with young people in underserved communities. A few hours of your time can open doors a student didn’t know existed.

Walk alongside a student as they navigate school, exams, and big decisions about their future. This can include regular check-ins, encouragement, and helping them set goals.
Host a virtual or in-person session on topics like CV writing, interviewing, technology, finance, healthcare, entrepreneurship, or any skill set that helps students see new paths.
Help with logistics, storytelling, social media, fundraising, or operations for the foundation. Your expertise in project management, design, writing, or data can multiply our impact.
Our volunteers come from many walks of life. You might see yourself in one of these:
Many roles can be done fully remote. Others may be linked to specific locations or partnerships.
Whether you have an hour a month or several hours a week, your experience can help a young person stay in school, grow in confidence, and see new possibilities.
